Bangladesh Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajilice ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by bajilice — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and bonus programmes — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the bajilice Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using bajilice. bajilice reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be communicated by publishing the updated Agreement on the bajilice website, with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version (if ever made available), the English version shall prevail.

2. Age Restriction &amp ; Eligibility

bajilice is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing any wager on bajilice, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. This age restriction applies universally to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

bajilice employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of bajilice, access to the platform may be suspended pending the outcome of the verification review.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all bajilice accounts:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, either as an agent, nominee, or proxy.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of bajilice, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bajilice under a self-exclusion arrangement or by administrative decision of bajilice.
• Your use of bajilice must not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bajilice services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a contact number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile carrier.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) bajilice account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajilice may at its sole discretion close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances derived from bonus funds, and permanently bar the individual from registering a new account.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bajilice operates a KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, age, and payment method ownership before making a withdrawal or at any other point determined by bajilice. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with the bajilice Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajilice username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajilice will treat any activity conducted under your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajilice support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@bajilice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bajilice are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bajilice does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bajilice account balance in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within standard processing times for bank card transactions. bajilice reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits at its discretion for player protection purposes. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and the funds returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. bajilice aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bajilice reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

4.3 Payment Method Integrity

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is a violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities. bajilice employs automated and manual fraud detection systems and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious payment activity is detected.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bajilice offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of bajilice and are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by bajilice are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Games with high RTP or low house edge (including most live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bajilice actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account play to exploit a promotion, arbitrage between bonus offers, and the use of automated betting software or bots. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajilice reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account without further notice.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will be forfeited automatically. bajilice is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the bajilice sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market, as well as the general provisions below. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.1 Sports Betting

bajilice offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket — including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — as well as football, kabaddi, handball, volleyball, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or manifest mistake may be voided at bajilice's discretion. In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability; bajilice bears no liability for delays or errors in live data provided by third-party suppliers.

6.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games available on bajilice — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or physical gaming equipment under live video surveillance. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. bajilice accepts no liability for losses resulting from game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software; in such events, the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

bajilice may apply maximum win limits per game session, per day, or per promotional period. These limits are communicated in the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding an applicable maximum win limit may be adjusted to the stated cap at bajilice's discretion.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using bajilice, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajilice:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with bajilice games, sportsbook markets, or support systems in any way not explicitly authorised.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or manipulation that affects the integrity of a game or sporting event.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in bajilice systems for financial gain. Any such gains identified are subject to immediate forfeiture.
• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward bajilice staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Conducting transactions through bajilice that are connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing bajilice through a VPN, proxy, or other tool with the intention of circumventing eligibility restrictions or geographic limitations.

bajilice reserves the right to monitor all account activity, including chat communications submitted to the support team, for compliance with this Agreement. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bajilice reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Identification of duplicate, linked, or fraudulent accounts.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of this Agreement, bajilice reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their bajilice account or activate a self-exclusion period are encouraged to contact the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, bajilice will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.
